SiriusXM + Pandora Present: Party with El Pulso
Oct 20, 2023We’re back to fill you in on one of our hottest events: SiriusXM + Pandora Presentan El Pulso con Ozuna. El Pulso, aka the number one station for Latin music on Pandora, brought the culture and hype that their 4M+ listeners1 love to the Magic City in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. The El Pulso team took over the Ice Palace Film Studios in Miami to party with one of reggaton’s hottest award-winning artists, Ozuna.
And thanks to our dope sponsors CitizenM Hotels, Corona Extra, Emergen-C Crystals, Verizon, Volkswagen, and Wendy’s, El Pulso fans enjoyed a fully interactive, elevated event celebrating Hispanic culture and listening to live music.
Getting Hype at Happy Hour
Before the doors opened and the show began, we welcomed our Advertising Partners with a pre-event happy hour in a waterfront, private area at The Standard’s Bayside Dock—packed with a premium open bar, delicious appetizers, signature cocktails, and more. As the happy hour festivities came to a close, guests were then driven to the Ice Palace Film Studio. It was time to get the party started.
Lights Down, Music Up
Excitement was in the air as 1,400+ attendees lined up for the event. Dj LezLee got the crowd pumped up with today's Latin hits as they entered the venue and interacted with the sponsors’ activations.
None of our live events would be complete without our fabulous sponsors. From interactive experiences to free swag, guests were showered with fun activities to enjoy before, during, and beyond the show.
CitizenM treated fans to complimentary branded sunglasses. And as the official hotel of El Pulso, CitizenM offered guests 20% off their stay in a CitizenM hotel while in Miami for the show.
Corona Extra was the promotional alcohol sponsor of the event. With branded signs on table tops and across the venue, they handed out complimentary gold koozies to add a little sparkle to the guests' drinks.
Emergen-C made an appearance to keep immunity boosted while gifting fans with personalized gear. Fans had the opportunity to personalize their own Emergen-C Crystals branded crossbody bag with their name or nickname, and better yet, the bag was packed with Emergen-C’s newest product, Emergen-C Crystals.
As guests continued to explore our sponsor activations, it was almost time for the show to begin. The crowd's energy was high as fans eagerly gathered around the stage to watch Ozuna.
Ozuna delivered an hour-long showcase, filled with chart-topping songs such as “Se Preparo,” “Siguelo Bailando,” and “Tu Foto.” His charismatic stage presence was undeniable, feeding the crowd with good vibes and an even better experience.
But the fun wasn’t over yet, Verizon enhanced the El Pulso experience with an interactive photo/videobooth, giving attendees the opportunity to create their own album covers. With three different backgrounds to choose from and various props, fans were ready for their close up! Verizon also handed out wireless phone chargers to Verizon customers to keep batteries charged and spirits high.
Volkswagen had their very own on-site vehicle display, where guests could step into the driver's seat of the Atlas and learn more about its special features. And to make the experience even sweeter, we offered guests a free 3-month SiriusXM trial.
While Ozuna’s performance brought the heat, Wendy’s was there to keep fans cool, handing out their brand new flavor of Frosty’s to fans - Pumpkin Spice! And the dining giant served up another kind of cool with the opportunity to view the show from an exclusive front row section. To gain access, fans posted on socials using the hashtag, #HANGUEACONWENDYS.
We wrapped up the night in high spirits, with heightened brand awareness for sponsors. Our sponsors have achieved remarkable results. 84% have actively engaged on social media, 80% express a strong intent to purchase a sponsored product in the near future, and 77% are committed to seeking further information about our sponsors, memories to last a lifetime for fans, and Ozuna’s songs stuck in everyone’s heads. But the fun didn’t stop there. Advertising Partners had the chance to attend our exclusive after party at El Patio, where they could enjoy an open bar and a la carte food.
