A click-through URL is an adserver requirement, therefore every creative must have a URL, regardless of whether the creative is clickable or not. When the actual creative isn't clickable, you can enter any URL; an example is the advertiser’s main web page (e.g. http://www.ford.com) or a third party click tracker. Pandora requires secure tags, and strongly recommends secure landing pages.
